DeskMatch

How it works

Slow introductions. Better fits.

DeskMatch starts with a simple note of interest. From there, a person reviews what you’ve shared and suggests an introduction only when a good fit is available.

For Desk Heroes

From a quick note to a considered introduction.

    Register your interest

Tell us roughly where you’d like to work and how you like to work. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. Illustration: someone privately adding details on a laptop, with a padlock showing details stay private
    2

Add fuller requirements — if you want to

Optionally share more about your days, budget and preferences. We only use these details with your consent.

    3

    We review by hand

A real person looks at what you’ve told us alongside the workplaces we know. There is no automatic matching.

    Introductions, when available

If a workplace looks like a genuine fit, we suggest an introduction. Visits and any arrangement come later, only by invitation.

For Desk Hosts

Share your space at your own pace.

    Register interest in hosting

Share your area and roughly how many desks you could offer.

    Add private workplace details

Tell us about the space, the team and the atmosphere. These stay private while we get to know you.

    We review together

We have a conversation, check the details and work out what kind of person might fit.

    Separate approvals

Approving a host, launching in your area and publishing any public profile are separate steps — and a public profile only goes live with your consent.

What registering does — and doesn’t — mean.

Interest is not a reservation
Registering doesn’t hold a desk or guarantee a match.
No open marketplace
We don’t list desks for instant booking. Every introduction is considered.
Tours come later
Visits and arrangements happen only at a later, invited stage.
You stay in control
Fuller details and public profiles are shared only with your say-so.
