Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to inclusive access · Last updated: June 2026
DeskMatch is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline and keep improving from there.
1. What we do
- —use semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate content reliably
- —support keyboard navigation across forms, menus, and interactive controls
- —maintain colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA in both light and dark themes
- —label form fields, buttons, and icons so assistive technology can describe them
- —respect your system preferences for reduced motion and colour scheme
2. Ongoing work
Accessibility is never “done”. We test new features with keyboard-only and screen-reader workflows, and we review reported issues as part of our regular development cycle. Some third-party embeds (for example payment flows handled by Stripe) are outside our direct control, but we choose providers who take accessibility seriously.
3. Known limitations
- —some uploaded space photos may not yet have descriptive alt text
- —a small number of older email templates are still being updated for full screen-reader support
We’re actively working through these and welcome your help in prioritising fixes.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you run into something that’s hard or impossible to use, please let us know so we can fix it. Tell us what happened, the page you were on, and the device or assistive technology you were using.
Email hello@deskmatch.co and we’ll respond within 5 working days and work with you to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format.
5. Enforcement
If you’re not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the UK, who can advise on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
