No subscription, no lock-in. Hosts set their own desk prices — you pay securely through DeskMatch when you book, and the total price you see is the total you pay, including any applicable Host VAT.
Step 1
Posting a desk request is free. Listing your space is free. Getting matched and touring is free. You only ever pay when a desk is actually booked.
Step 2
Once you and a Host both say yes, you get a secure payment link. Pick a day, week or month desk at the Host's listed price and pay by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed instantly.
Step 3
The payment splits automatically: 85% goes straight to the Host's own Stripe account, and DeskMatch keeps a 15% platform fee to run the network. No invoices, no chasing.
The listed price — nothing on top
You pay exactly what the Host lists — per day, week or month. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm, payments are handled by Stripe, and DeskMatch never sees your card details.
15% per booking — that's it
Listing is free. When a booking is paid, you keep 85% of your listed price — paid directly into your bank via Stripe on its normal payout schedule. The 15% platform fee is deducted automatically; you never send us an invoice or wait to be paid.

The legacy credits programme is closed to new purchases — all new bookings are paid securely through DeskMatch at the total price shown. Any credits you already hold still work, and we're happy to refund unused balances — just get in touch.
