DeskMatch is a community marketplace. This policy keeps it safe, honest and useful for everyone. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Be honest
- List only desks and spaces you are genuinely able to offer.
- Keep listings, availability and pricing accurate and up to date.
- Represent yourself, your company and your requirements truthfully.
Be respectful and lawful
- Treat Hosts, Desk Heroes and DeskMatch staff with courtesy.
- Do not use DeskMatch for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
- Do not discriminate — see our Anti-discrimination statement.
- Do not harass, threaten, dox or impersonate anyone.
Prohibited content and behaviour
- Spam, scraping, bulk automated requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Uploading malware, or attempting to probe, breach or disrupt our systems.
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes others' rights.
- Using listings or introductions to market unrelated products or services.
- Circumventing DeskMatch to avoid fees once introduced through the platform.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause or close listings, suspend accounts, or decline service where this policy is breached. Serious or unlawful behaviour may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you see something that breaks these rules, please contact us.
