What this means in practice
- Hosts must not refuse, withdraw or price an introduction on discriminatory grounds.
- Listings and messages must not contain discriminatory language or requirements.
- Reasonable adjustments should be considered for Desk Heroes with accessibility needs.
Reporting discrimination
If you experience or witness discrimination on DeskMatch, please tell us. We take every report seriously and may remove listings, suspend accounts, or take further action. See also our Accessibility statement.
